Private Payment Policies and Guidelines for Families

School Year Private (family) Pay : 

Tuition is not based on each individual lesson. Instead, it shows our commitment to giving your student steady, structured literacy support. The total for the semester is a set amount and does not change, because we treat reading intervention as a full educational program—not just one-time tutoring sessions.  

One semester's worth of tuition may be paid at once, broken into two payments, or monthly.  There is no fee for splitting payments.  

Our first semester begins the Tuesday after Labor Day and runs through the 20 of December.  Second semester begins the Tuesday after January 1, and runs until June 20.   Our total academic tutoring year is 10 months long.

If you join mid semester, you are charged beginning from the month your student begins tutoring.  

Our summer session begins the Tuesday after July 4, and runs through August 20. 

If your student receives tutoring online

 The cost for first semester is $1912.  This can be split into monthly payments of $478 (due on the 7th of each month).

The cost for second semester is $2390.  Also, split into monthly payments of $478 (due on the 7th of each month).

If your student receives tutoring in person at my office

The cost for first semester is $2200.  This can be split into monthly payments of $550 (due on the 7th of each month).

The cost for second semester (runs through June 20) is $2750.  This can be split into monthly payments of $550.

Your payment covers your student’s full tuition and related fees. 

This all-inclusive tuition supports:

Instructional time and lesson delivery Assessments and progress tracking

Planning and preparation for each session Regular communication and updates to parents

    Communicating with school staff members     Attending or contributing to IEP meetings, teacher-                       if requested                   meetings, or other school support staff

    Curriculum materials and Administrative Costs   Professional education and instructor training
