Guidelines and Payment Policies

Cancellation

• If a student misses a scheduled session without 2 hours notice, that session will be charged. (This is to allow another student to take this space as a makeup lesson.)

• If the lesson is cancelled prior to 2 hours of its start time, it can be rescheduled  within the expiration window of the prepayment lesson rate , time slots allowing, for no extra cost.  All efforts will be made to makeup the missed session within the month.  

• • If the student is paying monthly, the lesson can be made up that same month.

• • Additional needs (meetings with staff, etc.) are not included in prepaid lessons.  

• • Payments are due before the 1st of each month.  You are paying ahead for the month to come.

• • If the student is a District Student, contracted with BTR, LLC, the session will be made up ONLY if the instructor is absent.  Absences by the student will not be made up, except in extreme situations (out for surgery, extended illness, etc,...).  Absences by the student on days for which tutoring is scheduled will be charged to the district, as per the contract unless the instructor is notified at least 2 hours in advance of the absence.
